How the Process Works
1. Decide: Select a design package or product
When you're ready to get started on an identity package or just an graphic project contact us to get started. Once you do we'll schedule a meeting to review the creative brief and begin the process.
2. Creative brief: Communication to understand your business and design preferences
During our initial meeting we will go over the creative brief with you. Essentially, a "getting to know" and "brainstorming" session designed to understand your preferences and advise you with our experiences to determine the overall project theme and direction. During this process certain client responsibilities will begin. See below to learn your involvement in ensuring a smooth workflow process.
3. Concepts: View and comment first drafts
Using the information gathered during the creative brief our design team will draft your initial concepts within the timeframe for the project you have chosen. You will receive a specified number of concepts based on the package you have chosen. The initial drafts will be available to you based on your preference of communications established during the creative brief.
4. Revision brief: Based on your feedback and comments
After the selection of one concept a revision brief will be completed outlining any changes you would like to make to your graphic. The amount of revisions will vary between packages, so be sure to know how many you have available before additional charges will be added. Keep in mind that all changes given during a revision brief session count as only one revisions. It is best to make all your changes at once.
5. Fulfillment: Receive your final product ready for use
After finalization we will provide your files in various formats depending on the product you have chosen. If your product requires printing, we will brief you on the timeframes required depending on the quantity and nature of the print job at this time.
