Project Manager

Vuepoint is looking for enthusiastic individuals with impeccable communication skills to join our customer services team. An ideal candidate will understand how to exceed customer expectations during every interaction by listening to customer needs, asking effective question and innovative problem solving. A background in premium customer service, account management and marketing / advertising is a plus. Knowledge of graphic design production/advertising/marketing is also preferred. A successful candidate will be expected to contact existing and potential clients, close sales, answer incoming customer calls and manage customer expectations. Responsibilities

• Daily contact, management, and sales to clients
  
• Manage up to 150 different accounts through our proprietary software system and use problem management skills to resolve customer concerns
  
• Sell a full range of graphic design solutions to our customers
  
• Keep our customers happy and coming back for more

Job Requirements

• Precise and articulate verbal and written communication skills' are required. If you lack proper grammar and diction skills do not apply.
  
• Experience in project management or account coordination and management
  
• Ability to estimate project costs, invoice clients as appropriate, negotiate project changes, and sell products over the phone and via email.
  
• Knowledge of marketing strategy and sales a plus
