This Vuepoint I.T., LLC WebMail Services Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between Vuepoint I.T., LLC an Texas based Limited Liability Corporation (" Vuepoint "), and you, your heirs, assigns, agents and contractors ("You") and is effective upon electronic execution. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Your use of Vuepoint 's WebMail Account Services and the Vuepoint WebMail System (together, the "Services"). Your use of the Services constitutes Your agreement to all such terms and conditions. By using the Services, You acknowledge and agree that You have read, understand and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, along with any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies which Vuepoint may establish from time to time, and the Universal Terms of Service. Such Agreements may be found here. If You are using Online File Folder as part of the Services, You agree to the terms of the Online File Folder End User License Agreement.

1. your use of the Services

Vuepoint has no obligation to monitor Your use of the Services. However, Vuepoint reserves the right to review materials You publish using the Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Vuepoint reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

Vuepoint reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Vuepoint deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Vuepoint's sole discretion.
